Salary: ₹8000–₹15,000 per month, depending on proven experience and portfolio.

Everly White Studios is a luxury design studio creating art, objects and experiences inspired by symbolism, cosmic connection and conscious living.

We are looking for a Social Media & Visual Content Manager who can take ownership of our digital presence while also creating the visual content that brings the brand to life.

You should essentially become the content engine of Everly White.

You should be able to walk into the studio, notice something interesting, shoot it, edit it, turn it into a Reel, write the caption, publish it, study the performance, and come back with a better idea next week. Not someone who waits for you to tell them what to post.

What you'll be responsible for

1. Social Media Management

- Develop and execute Everly White's Instagram content strategy.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Contribute to the content strategy team
- Research trends, formats and content opportunities relevant to luxury, design, art and lifestyle.
- Manage publishing, captions, hashtags, keywords and CTAs.
- Monitor comments, DMs and audience interactions.
- Track content performance and provide regular insights.
- Focus on increasing reach among non-followers, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits and enquiries.

Photography & Videography

- Photograph Everly White products for Instagram, website and campaigns.
- Shoot products in an editorial and luxury aesthetic.
- Capture studio life, artists at work, craftsmanship, packaging and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Shoot short-form video content and Reels.
- Cover pop-ups, exhibitions, events and special brand moments.

Editing & Content Production

- Edit photographs and videos for social media.
- Create engaging short-form videos from raw footage.
- Maintain consistency in Everly White's visual language.





What we're looking for

Must have:

- 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation, or a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent ability. (applicants with proven content experience with strong followers will be preferred)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to shoot and edit independently.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Robust creative judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a studio environment.

Software experience with tools such as Edits, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar will be an advantage. Experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, interiors, architecture, art, hospitality, beauty or lifestyle brands will be preferred.

This is an in-house position and requires regular presence at our studio for photography, videography and content production.
