Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Trainee role based in Noida.

The Social Media

Trainee will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.

Responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, assisting with social media content calendars,



monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve reach and brand visibility. The role involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging, conducting basic competitor and trend research, and helping optimize content for different audiences and platforms. The trainee will also assist in reporting on campaign outcomes and learning best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in teams, and manage time effectively.
- Relevant coursework or internship experience in marketing, media, or communications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing tools is a plus.
- Graduate degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
