Role description:

The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies for multiple brands. The role involves content planning, calendar management, campaign execution, platform optimisation, performance analysis, and client coordination.

The strategist will work closely with the creative and content teams to develop relevant content, track performance, and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and platform management.
- Ability to develop content strategies that align with brand objectives, audience behaviour, and platform trends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage brand voice and collaborate effectively with clients, creators, and internal teams.




- Ability to analyse social media performance, interpret insights, and use data to improve content and strategy.
- Experience in developing and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Familiarity with social media management, scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate brand objectives into relevant and engaging content ideas.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines in an agency environment.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or social media agency is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
