Role Description The Social Media Video Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, scripting, shooting, and editing short-form and long-form video content tailored for social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop video concepts aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and content calendars.

Daily tasks include optimizing videos for different platforms, adding motion graphics or subtitles, managing video assets, and monitoring performance to refine content strategy.



The role also requires staying current with social media trends, formats, and best practices, and contributing creative ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing platform-specific video campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, with the ability to ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content for multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess Marketing knowledge, including understanding of brand positioning, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively and present creative ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics tools is highly beneficial.
- Experience optimizing videos for different aspect ratios, formats, and platforms, and familiarity with analytics tools to track content performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- A diploma or degree in media, communications, marketing, film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
