About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can create effective social media strategies, drive results for clients, and contribute to the growth of our agency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- · Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and LinkedIn content.
- Manage Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Set up campaigns for leads, engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Define target audiences based on location, interests, demographics, and business requirements.
- Monitor ad performance, budget, CPL, CTR, reach, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Create captions,



ad copy, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Research trends, competitors, and relevant LinkedIn topics.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and Meta campaigns.
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly social media and ads performance reports.

Requirements

- Proven working experience in social media marketing in Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Pinterest
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Experience in Google and meta-ads management is mandate
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with positive multitasking and organizational ability
- Should be good with English and Hindi

Skills · Existing network of SME/brand contacts

· Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, or other digital marketing channels

· Experience selling performance marketing or ad management retainers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
