We're Hiring — Marketing & Social Media (Internship) | Stories Behind Reality**

Stories Behind Reality (SBR) is a Udyam-registered event management and production company. We are currently building our flagship project, SBR Screentime — a curated live event format that brings together independent film screenings, director Q&A; sessions, cult classic restreamings, and live band performances. Our first ticketed event is launching this October.

We are looking for someone to Lead Marketing And Social Media for SBR Screentime, responsible for:

- Developing and executing our social media and content strategy
- Managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) and audience growth
- Shaping brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across platforms
- Working closely with the founding team on event marketing and audience acquisition

We are looking for someone who:




- Has hands-on experience with social media management and digital marketing
- Understands paid advertising fundamentals
- Is genuinely interested in film, live events, or entertainment culture
- Is looking to build real-world experience in a founding-stage venture

Please note: This is currently an "unpaid chance" . We offer a formal internship certificate/letter, direct mentorship, and hands-on ownership of marketing for a live event brand from the ground up — ideal for someone building their portfolio or resume in media/marketing.
