Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Kolkata Area includes creating and scheduling social media content, assisting with copywriting and basic design,



and monitoring audience engagement and campaign performance. The intern will help research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and improve reach.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with marketing and design teams, tracking analytics, preparing easy performance reports, and contributing creative ideas to grow brand awareness and community engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, basic content design tools (e.g., Canva), and social media analytics is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Salt Lake Sector V, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
