Your main role: ORM (Online Reputation Management)
Monitor & manage online conversations
Respond to comments, queries & reviews
Track brand sentiment and reputation
Handle ORM across social media platforms
Stay updated with trends & audience conversations
You should also have
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X
Basic Canva skills
Good communication & writing skills
