Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in community management through comments and direct messages. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines, ongoing campaigns,



and broader digital marketing initiatives.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon, requiring consistent coordination with team members and participation in meetings and brainstorming sessions. The intern may also contribute ideas for new content formats, assist with basic design or video editing tools, and prepare reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to create and manage Social Media Content Creation for multiple platforms.
- Foundational understanding of Marketing concepts and audience engagement.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in education, professional development, or counseling services is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
