Internship Role: Social Media & Video Content Intern

Department: Social Media & Marketing

Mode: Work from home or on site

Location: Nashik

Duration: 1–6 Months (Unpaid)

Internship Objective To provide practical experience in social media management, short-form video creation, content planning, and brand communication while supporting Nidhii Skincare’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Create Instagram Reels, Facebook videos & short-form content
- Shoot and edit product, educational, trending and promotional videos
- Manage daily Instagram & Facebook accounts
- Prepare captions, hashtags and posting schedules
- Plan weekly content calendars
- Research current social media trends and content ideas
- Coordinate with the Creative, Marketing & Sales teams
- Monitor comments, messages and basic audience engagement
- Track content performance and prepare basic weekly reports
- Maintain consistent brand tone, quality, and visual identity

- Good communication and creativity
- Understanding of Reels/short-form content
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats

Performance Areas Intern performance will be evaluated on:

Content Quality, Consistency, Creativity Timely Delivery Account Handling Engagement Team Coordination
