WE'RE HIRING | Creative & Social Media Intern

We're a food innovation company turning ideas into real products, and we're looking for someone who can help us tell that story in ways people actually want to see.

We're looking for a creative mind who understands content, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and is excited to build something from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and executing creative content strategies for our social media handles across platforms.

- Building content calendars and coming up with fresh ideas, campaigns and ways to communicate our brand.

- Creating reels, carousels, static posts, stories and other engaging content.

- Writing captions, developing our brand voice and finding creative ways to tell our story.

- Researching trends, formats and content opportunities relevant to InnovATE.

- Experimenting with different content styles, tracking performance and figuring out what works.

- Handling responses to comments, DMs and social media enquiries, escalating relevant conversations to the team.

- Collaborating with the team on content shoots, creative brainstorming and behind-the-scenes content.

Who we're looking for

Someone creative, curious, proactive and genuinely excited about content and social media.

Someone who

- Has a strong portfolio showcasing their work, ideas and creative thinking.

- Understands content, storytelling, design and what makes a brand interesting.

- Has experience with social media management and content creation.





- Is comfortable with creative tools and design software. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools is a big plus.

- Can take an idea and run with it, rather than waiting to be told every little thing.

- Is happy to experiment, take feedback and try things that might not always work.

We care more about how you think than how many certificates you have. We want someone who can bring their own perspective, take ownership and turn ideas into engaging content.
