Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Social Media

Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and executing content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities include creating and publishing engaging posts, coordinating with designers and content creators, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics. The role involves responding to audience interactions, maintaining brand voice, supporting paid social campaigns,



and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader e-commerce strategies.

The Social Media

Executive will also stay updated on platform trends and best practices to enhance brand visibility and engagement for client accounts.

Qualifications

Strong skills in social media management, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement across major platforms.

Ability to create and refine social media content, including copywriting, basic visual coordination, and alignment with brand tone and messaging.

Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid social campaigns, basic SEO awareness, and integration with broader e-commerce strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple brand accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists, and to work on-site in Ahmedabad.

Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred; prior experience in social media roles within e-commerce or agencies is an advantage.
