We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team in Zirakpur, Punjab.

The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, planning content, creating and publishing engaging posts, growing audiences, monitoring performance, and supporting paid and organic social media campaigns.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build a professional brand presence across different social media platforms and can turn business requirements into engaging social content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Research content ideas, industry trends, competitors, and trending topics.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for posts, reels, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Publish and schedule social media content regularly.
- Create ideas and scripts for Instagram Reels, short videos, stories, and promotional videos.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Work on increasing followers, reach, impressions, engagement, and website traffic organically.
- Assist with Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.




- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Track key social media KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze competitors and identify new content and marketing opportunities.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual presentation across platforms.
- Coordinate with the SEO, content, web development, design, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with social media algorithm changes, recent platform features, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major social platforms.
- Experience with Instagram Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and organic social media growth.
- Good content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Understanding of hashtags, keywords, trends, and audience targeting.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to create and manage social media content calendars.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is preferred.
- Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an additional advantage.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
