The Role:

As a Social Media Intern, you will help us amplify our message and attract high-ticket coaches who need our conversion systems. You will work closely with our tight-knit core team to create engaging content that highlights the importance of backend marketing, lead follow-ups, and conversion tracking. This is a hands-on role where you will directly impact our agency’s growth, brand authority, and inbound marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Design visual assets and write compelling, punchy copy for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, speaking directly to coaches and course creators.

- Educational Translation: Help turn our core concepts (funnel optimization, WhatsApp lead routing, no-show reduction) into easily digestible social media posts, carousels, and short-form videos.

- Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting.

- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our target audience, respond to comments, and help nurture our online community to spark conversations.

- Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on B2B marketing trends, audio trends,



and current formats to identify creative ways to present our expertise online.

What We’re Looking For:

- A strong interest in digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and agency growth.

- Basic graphic design and short-form video editing skills (experience with tools like Adobe Express, Canva, or CapCut is a big plus).

- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write sharp, engaging, and persuasive copy that doesn't sound corporate or boring.

- A proactive, self-starter mindset—you are ready to pitch ideas and execute them in a fast-paced startup environment.
