Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Research trending topics, Reels formats, hashtags and social media trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, Reel scripts and Stories.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Set up and monitor Meta Ads campaigns for reach, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on results.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Engage with followers and manage comments, messages and enquiries.
- Track important metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, CTR and conversions.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Stay updated with changes in Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads and other social platforms.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and basic campaign optimization.




- Solid content-writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to identify and use relevant trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags and social media algorithms.
- Creative thinking and good visual sense.
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- 1–2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency will be an advantage.
- Portfolio or examples of previous social media campaigns preferred.
