Role: FEBA Support Analyst

Job Location : Mumbai

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in FEBA Application Support
Hands-on experience with FEBA OCH Framework 11.2.x
Robust knowledge of log analysis, issue investigation, and debugging
Positive understanding of FEBA database tables
Experience in handling production incidents and application support activities
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
Provide application support for FEBA-based applications
Analyze application logs and investigate reported issues
Perform debugging and identify the root cause of incidents
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined timelines
Support day-to-day operational and application activities
Coordinate with development and other technical teams for issue resolution when required

Candidate Profile

Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in FEBA Application Support and FEBA OCH Framework 11.2.x are preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
