Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase direct materials such as NVH related parts, rubber seals, and gaskets ensuring on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product needs and specifications.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procurement contracts and company policies.
Participate in supplier evaluation and selection processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive industry.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with procurement contracts and supplier management.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP systems.
