Role

We are looking for an experienced Design Head to lead residential interior design projects for flats and apartments, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead residential interior design projects from concept to execution.
Develop space plans, 2D drawings, 3D models, renders and working drawings.
Handle client meetings, presentations and design discussions.
Explain and recommend materials, finishes, hardware and design options to clients.
Negotiate with clients on design, materials, scope and budgets.
Coordinate with drafting, estimation, procurement and execution teams.
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.




Guide designers and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Must-Have Skills
7–12 years of residential interior design experience.
Robust experience with residential flats and apartments.
Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills.
Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, hardware and modular furniture.
Excellent client handling, communication and negotiation skills.
English, Telugu and Hindi – Mandatory.

Mandatory Software
AutoCAD
SketchUp
V-Ray or D5 Render

Good to have: Photoshop, Revit and other design/project management software.
