Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and fashion-forward Social Media Manager to build and strengthen Varnika Arora’s digital presence. This is a freelance role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion, luxury, jewellery, and visual storytelling, with an eye for creating elevated, aspirational content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and create engaging content including Reels, Stories, carousels, campaigns, and editorial content.
- Develop compelling captions and storytelling around jewellery, gemstones, craftsmanship, styling, and collections.
- Maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic and brand voice across all platforms.
- Stay updated on fashion, jewellery, luxury, and social media trends.
- Collaborate with stylists, influencers, and creative teams.
- Manage content calendars, community engagement, and social media campaigns.




- Track performance metrics and use insights to improve content and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in social media, preferably with a fashion, luxury, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Candidates with a fashion background or robust understanding of fashion and luxury aesthetics are preferred.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, trends, and social media algorithms.
- A refined visual eye and understanding of luxury brand communication.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and culturally aware.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.

Compensation- 10K- 12K
