:

· Take ownership of assigned social media projects from planning to publishing, ensuring engaging content is delivered with quality, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.

· Conduct research on client/project requirements, competitor activity, and platform trends to develop effective campaign and content plans.

· Develop and execute content calendars aligned with Sportwalk’ s and clients/ project brand guidelines, focusing on properties such as teams, tournaments, events, and brands.

· Collaborate closely with leadership, strategy, design, and video teams to create campaigns that effectively convey objectives and key messages.

· Coordinate with on-ground resources to align on content requirements and ensure the shooting plan is executed accurately, on schedule, and in line with brand and campaign objectives.

· Coordinate with in-house designers and video editors by providing clear, detailed briefs and ensuring content requirements are shared well in advance. Assist with sorting and organizing photo and video data when required.

· Follow up with team members on planned content to ensure timely delivery and maintain project timelines.

· Draft scripts and copies for use in designs and videos whenever necessary to support creative execution.

· Write engaging, clear, and brand-appropriate captions, hashtags, and copy tailored for different platforms.

· Maintain regular communication with clients/ leadership to understand expectations, share updates, secure approvals, and set realistic feasibility boundaries.





· Receive and implement client/ leadership feedback on content pieces promptly while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

· Publish approved content on the relevant social media accounts, ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines, formats, and timing, with all necessary quality checks in place.

· Execute live coverage of matches, tournaments, and events by posting updates, highlights, and interactive content in real time, ensuring necessary quality checks.

· Monitor and engage with audiences across platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, skilled, and brand-appropriate manner.

· Monitor brand sentiment and flag potential issues, negative feedback, or sensitive conversations to the leadership team. Assist in implementing timely and appropriate responses to minimize risks and protect the brand’s reputation.

· Document campaign ideas, approvals, revisions, learnings, and completed work systematically for internal reference and future planning.

· Track, analyze, and present reports featuring key metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement, etc.) to leadership and clients, highlighting the impact of social media initiatives.

· Identify potential social media issues early (delays, engagement drops, or brand risks etc) and implement solutions to avoid disruptions.

· Stay updated on changing algorithms, digital trends, and fan engagement models in sports media, adapting strategies to remain competitive.

· Assist in the execution of additional clients or internal projects beyond regular responsibilities, providing support wherever required to ensure smooth delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
