We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who has hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Lead Generation to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms.
- Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop and test different ad creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns from setup to optimization.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and paid advertising.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, audiences, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates with a proven track record of generating leads will be preferred.
Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month, based on experience and skills.
