About the Role

PrepScale is looking for a creative, trend-aware and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to plan content, understand trends, coordinate with creative teams, manage social media accounts and build an engaging online community.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars
- Manage PrepScale's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms
- Plan and publish Reels, Posts, Stories, Shorts and other content
- Research current social media trends, formats, sounds and content ideas
- Develop creative concepts that increase reach, engagement and followers
- Write engaging captions, headlines and social media copy
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators and teachers
- Plan content around new courses, admissions, promotions and campaigns
- Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions
- Build and maintain an active social media community
- Track social media performance using platform analytics
- Prepare monthly/weekly performance reports
- Analyze content performance and improve future content accordingly
- Monitor competitors and identify relevant content opportunities
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook and YouTube algorithm and feature changes

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube




- Excellent knowledge of Reels, Stories, Shorts and social media trends
- Good content writing and communication skills
- Strong creative thinking and idea generation
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights
- Ability to create effective content calendars
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage
- Basic understanding of video editing is an advantage
- Ability to work with designers and video editors
- Valuable Malayalam and English communication skills

Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge, an active understanding of social media trends, and a good portfolio may also apply.
