Role Description The Social Media Manager role at MenHat Productions is a part-time position in a hybrid setup, based in Kochi with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, managing posting schedules, and optimizing content across platforms to increase reach and engagement. The role involves developing and refining content strategies, collaborating with the creative team to align visuals and messaging,



and writing compelling captions and posts that reflect the brand’s storytelling approach.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience interactions, and recommend improvements based on insights and trends. Coordination with internal stakeholders is expected to ensure that social media activities support ongoing projects and client objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to develop clear, engaging, and consistent brand narratives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with creative teams, clients, and partners.
- Candidates should be familiar with major social platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid workplace.
