Kicks Machine is looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us build a strong, recognizable presence across social media — and is comfortable being in front of the camera.

We’re looking for someone who understands content, trends, culture and what makes people stop scrolling.

- Own Kicks Machine’s social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube & other platforms
- Come up with creative, social-first content ideas and campaigns
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and becoming a face of the brand
- Create and coordinate Reels, short-form videos, stories and other content
- Stay on top of trends, memes, sneaker/streetwear culture and viral formats
- Plan and manage the content calendar
- Work closely with our design, content and marketing teams




- Track content performance and use data to improve reach and engagement

Prerequisite

- 2–4 years of experience in social media/content marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video
- Confident and natural in front of the camera
- Robust sense of content, trends and storytelling
- Creative mindset with strong execution skills
- Good communication skills
- Someone who genuinely understands sneakers, streetwear, fashion & pop culture
