Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Social Media Manager role based in Lucknow.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing content calendars, writing and publishing posts, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve reach and conversions. The role also involves coordinating with design and content teams,



managing community interactions, responding to comments and messages, and ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.

The Social Media

Manager will stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for :

- Someone who is curious, observant and genuinely spends time on social media.

- You should have a good understanding of Instagram and other major platforms, know your way around content planning and analytics, and be able to write a good caption without making it sound like it came from a template.
- You don’t need to know everything. But you should be willing to learn, take ownership and figure things out.

Experience: Fresher / 1 year experience preferred.
