Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Social Media

Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts and campaigns for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting tactics based on insights. The role involves collaborating with production, design, and client-facing teams to align social content with ongoing projects, events, and campaigns,



as well as managing community interactions, comments, and messages to build an engaged online audience.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for planning and executing effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to develop compelling, platform-appropriate narratives and posts.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and professional interaction with online communities.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Familiarity with visual storytelling, basic design principles, and multimedia content formats (images, video, reels, stories).
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Previous experience in social media management for creative agencies, production houses, or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
