Digital Homeez is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify new content opportunities.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using relevant metrics.
- Help increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and leads through organic and paid campaigns.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns.
