ASQUARE Academy is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives who can drive admissions for our JEE, NEET, MH-CET and Foundation (8th–10th CBSE-ICSE) programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling parents and students, and ensuring successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, social media, references, and field activities.
Counsel parents and students about academic programs (JEE, NEET, CET, Foundation courses).
Handle walk-ins at the academy, provide course details, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain and update daily/weekly lead reports and admission data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and institutions.
Work with the marketing team for seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
Meet and exceed monthly admission targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream (Education background preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales/education counseling/business development.
Strong communication & presentation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
Ability to work under target-driven setting.
Passion for the education sector and student growth.
