Responsibilities
Conduct continuous market, consumer, retailer, and competitor analysis.
Identify product gaps and new business prospects across export markets.
Translate market insights into commercially viable product concepts.
Lead seasonal and buyer-specific product collection development.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality teams.
Develop structured sampling plans based on commercial potential.
Track sample performance and incorporate buyer feedback.
Support sales and NBD teams with product recommendations and presentations.
Lead cross-functional execution and mentor junior merchandisers.
Drive process improvements that reduce waste and improve speed-to-market.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Fashion, Textile, Product Design, Business, or related field.
815 years of merchandising and product development experience in export businesses.
Solid understanding of international retail markets.
Excellent analytical, commercial, communication, and leadership skills.
