Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase the firm’s projects, philosophy, and culture.

Responsibilities include managing daily posting schedules, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics and audience insights. The role involves collaborating with the design and leadership teams to develop content themes, campaigns,



and storytelling that align with brand strategy.

The Social Media

Manager will also respond to comments and messages, maintain a consistent brand voice, and stay updated on social media trends relevant to architecture and design.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and improve reach and engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and execute cohesive social media content calendars.
- Relevant experience managing social media for design, architecture, real estate, or creative industries is beneficial.
- Familiarity with major social platforms, analytics tools, and basic graphic or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong demonstrable experience.
