About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Management Intern to support our marketing team in managing and growing our social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, be comfortable creating short-form video content, and have an interest in influencer marketing and digital branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the company’s Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Research trending content, formats, sounds, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Develop ideas for Reels, Stories, posts, and other social media content.
- Assist with shooting and editing short-form videos and Reels.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when required for brand content.
- Write captions and assist with content scheduling and publishing.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, and content performance.
- Support influencer identification, outreach, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns and social media activities.
- Track competitor and industry social media activity.
- Assist with social media campaigns, events,



and brand activations.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of current social media trends and Reels.
- Creative and proactive with valuable content ideas.
- Comfortable with video shooting and basic editing.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
- Interest or experience in influencer marketing is an advantage.
- Previous experience managing a personal, college, business, or brand social media page is a plus.

Location & Accommodation Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Willing to relocate to Goa)

Candidates should be willing to relocate to Goa for the internship.

Accommodation will be provided by the company for eligible interns.
