About The Role We are looking for a Social Media Executive to plan, create and manage content for a varied portfolio of B2B and B2C clients.

You will take part in client meetings to understand each business, its audience, priorities and upcoming activity, then use this information to develop relevant monthly content plans.

The role covers the full content process, including research, content planning, copywriting, graphic design, scheduling, monthly reporting and ongoing content development.

A key focus will be B2B LinkedIn content, so you must be confident working with technical or industry-specific information and turning it into clear, engaging content for professional audiences.

You will also review performance and client feedback to understand what is and isn't working, using these insights to shape future content.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend client content meetings to understand business goals, priorities, products, services and upcoming activity, then translate these into monthly content plans.
- Research clients, competitors, industries and relevant trends to identify suitable content opportunities.
- Generate original content ideas that align with each client's audience and marketing objectives.
- Write engaging copy for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, including B2B LinkedIn content aimed at decision-makers and industry professionals.
- Create professional, on-brand social media graphics to a high standard using Adobe Photoshop.
- Manage multiple client content calendars, ensuring approved content is accurately scheduled and delivered on time.
- Create monthly performance reports that review content and key metrics, explaining what performed well, what did not and the recommended next steps.
- Use reporting insights and client feedback to adapt future content plans based on performance.

Skills & Experience




- Minimum 2 years' experience in social media, content marketing or a similar role.
- Must be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and able to demonstrate strong graphic design skills.
- Applications must include a professional portfolio showcasing recent and relevant social media and design work.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate directly with clients.
- Solid copywriting, proofreading and quality-checking skills.
- A keen eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
- Experience creating and managing content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience creating content for B2B audiences.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, social media strategy, content marketing and analytics.
- Ability to research and understand unfamiliar, technical or industry-specific subjects.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into practical content recommendations.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively within a remote team.
