Role Description The Social Media & Lead Generation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.

The manager will create and manage content calendars, develop targeted content, and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, and adjusting tactics to improve reach and conversions. The role also involves identifying and nurturing qualified leads through social channels, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining consistent brand messaging and communication.

Qualifications

- Solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills,



including platform management and performance analysis.
- Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and refine engaging brand-aligned content.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder coordination, and audience engagement.
- Experience with lead generation tactics and tools, including tracking, nurturing, and reporting on lead pipelines.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and basic data interpretation (e.g., platform insights, UTM tracking, dashboards).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand communication is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
