About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern who is passionate about social media, content creation, Reels, and digital trends.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube and should be comfortable coming up with creative ideas, appearing on camera, and creating engaging short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and create engaging social media content across relevant platforms.
- Develop content calendars and assist with monthly/weekly content planning.
- Generate creative and trending content ideas for Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Shoot, edit, and publish Reels and short-form videos.
- Appear confidently on camera for Reels, videos, promotional content, and other social media activities.
- Research current social media trends, trending audio, formats, hashtags, and content styles.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and basic social media copy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing basic reports.
- Track engagement, reach, views, followers, and other key social media metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform trends.
- Repurpose existing content into different social media formats.

Required Skills




- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Robust creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and showing your face.
- Ability to understand social media trends and create content around them.
- Good writing and caption-creation skills.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Previous experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content, or personal social media content will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have their own Instagram page, YouTube channel, content portfolio, or examples of Reels/content they have created are encouraged to apply.
