Role Description This is an on-site Social Media Influencer Intern role based in Kolaghat. The intern will assist in creating engaging social media content, including photos, short videos, and posts showcasing menu items, promotions, and in-store experiences. Day-to-day tasks include drafting captions, supporting content planning, participating in in-store shoots, and engaging with followers through comments and messages under guidance.

The intern will help track post performance, gather customer insights,



and suggest creative ideas to increase reach and engagement. This internship role offers hands-on experience in social media marketing within a fast-paced food retail setting.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video apps, with awareness of current trends and features.
- Basic content creation abilities, including taking photos and videos, writing catchy captions, and presenting products in an appealing way.
- Good communication skills, with a friendly on-camera presence and comfort interacting with customers and staff during content shoots.
- Organizational skills for following posting schedules, supporting campaign planning, and coordinating with the in-store team.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn from feedback in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Availability to work on-site in Kolaghat for the duration of the internship; prior experience in social media or marketing is a plus but not required.
