About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Influencer who can represent brands, create engaging content, build a solid social media presence, and create compelling founder-led videos.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, understand current social media trends, and have the ability to turn ideas into engaging Reels, videos, and social content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, stories, and social media content for brand and company accounts.
- Create and present founder videos, talking-head videos, and personal-brand content.
- Appear confidently on camera and represent brands in a professional and relatable manner.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media trends.
- Research trending formats, sounds, topics, hashtags, and content styles.
- Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to develop campaign concepts.
- Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, promotional campaigns, and brand activities.
- Contribute to video scripts, hooks, captions, and content concepts.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Monitor content performance and provide ideas to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.




- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, creator formats, and platform updates.
- Support influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations when required.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, influencing, or a related role.
- Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable creating and appearing in Reels and short-form video content.
- Positive understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and audience behavior.
- Good presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- A personal social media presence or content portfolio will be an added advantage.
