Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented SMM Executive to manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the Creative and Video Editing teams for content production.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and overall performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Support promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.




- Ensure all content follows the company’s branding and communication standards.

Educational Qualification

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Relevant certification or practical experience in social media marketing is an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Valuable knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content planning and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Understanding of social media trends and analytics.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and strategies.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and overall performance.

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000

Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
