Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content coordination, and graphic designing. The candidate will manage the Foundation’s social media presence, coordinate with institutes for content and approvals, and ensure consistent and timely communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Create social media creatives, carousels, stories, posters, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with institutes and internal teams for photographs, videos, achievements,



events, and content approvals.
- Write captions, headlines, post copy, and basic promotional content.
- Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, comments, and overall social media performance.
- Track trends, suggest new content ideas, and prepare periodic performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong graphic designing skills with proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, deadlines, and content requirements.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Basic video editing, reel creation, and content-writing skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
