As a Social Media Executive at One MG, you will manage social media for multiple client accounts, develop engaging content, execute campaigns, and contribute to building solid digital communities.

What You ll Create & Contribute:

- Manage day-to-day social media activities and content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Develop social media strategies and content aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and client servicing teams for timely execution of posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Write and coordinate engaging captions and social media copies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, platform updates, and audience behaviour.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Manage comments, messages, and online conversations around client brands.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content opportunities.
- Take ownership of influencer marketing, including identifying, coordinating, and managing influencers/creators.
- Build and maintain an updated influencer database for campaigns and collaborations.




- Shoot basic reels and social media content using a smartphone when required.
- Identify, maintain, and coordinate with shoot crew such as photographers, videographers, editors, and other production resources.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and communication objectives.

What We re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital/advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Good communication, copywriting, and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and social media scheduling/analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of mobile content creation and influencer marketing.
