We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who can help us build our brand presence across Instagram, Our Website Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily social media content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, posts, stories and short-form videos.
- Shoot simple product videos and promotional content.
- Develop creative ideas for product launches, offers, festivals and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and social media copy.
- Manage the RG KidsMart social media calendar and posting schedule.
- Monitor comments, messages and customer enquiries and respond professionally.
- Work with the team to promote new products and special offers.
- Research current social media trends, sounds, formats and content ideas.
- Track basic social media performance such as views, reach, engagement and followers.




- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to promote products available on the RG KidsMart website and marketplaces.
- Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with external agencies/freelancers when required.
- Help build a strong and consistent visual identity for RG KidsMart.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Amazon Listing.
- Understanding of Instagram trends, hashtags and content formats.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate recent content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
