About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organized Full-time/Part-Time/Freelance Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and support brand growth across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have good content creation skills, and be capable of managing multiple social media activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content, including static posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
- Write creative captions, relevant hashtags, and compelling social media copy.
- Coordinate basic graphic design and video editing using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant content ideas.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.





Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Good written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of social media trends, content formats, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.

Working Hours: 4-5 hours per day

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
