About the role

FlairList Global is looking for a creative, fashion-minded candidate to help manage and grow our social media presence. You’ll create engaging content, appear on camera, and help make topics like business, entrepreneurship and global trade clear and relatable.

This is a hands-on opportunity at the intersection of fashion, content, marketing and business. It’s a social media and brand-content internship, rather than a garment production or technical fashion-design role.

What you’ll do

- Help plan and create content for Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Appear in Reels, short videos, campaigns and other brand content.
- Suggest content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions and creative angles.
- Use your fashion sense to style polished looks for shoots and campaigns.
- Adapt relevant social media trends for business and entrepreneurship topics.
- Join on-location shoots at business meetings, events, trade fairs and other company activities when required.
- Work with the marketing, design, editing and social media teams.
- Review content performance and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement and enquiries.





Who we’re looking for
- A student, fresher or graduate in Fashion Design, Styling, Apparel Design or a related field.
- Someone with a valuable eye for fashion, styling and visual presentation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and communicating clearly.
- Interested in social media, content creation, business and marketing.
- Familiar with Instagram, YouTube or short-form video.
- Creative, proactive and open to feedback.

A strong portfolio and camera presence are welcome. Experience with Reels, scripting, captions, UGC, brand storytelling or basic video editing is a plus.

What you’ll gain

You’ll get practical experience in social media marketing, content strategy, on-camera presentation, commercial styling, brand building and business storytelling. You’ll also take part in real shoots, campaigns and company activities.

For official company-related travel or on-location work, reasonable transportation and work-related expenses will be covered by the company, as applicable.
