Job Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content, Reels, Stories and promotional campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop content ideas based on fashion, trends and competitor activities.
- Support marketing activities for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and company website.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and video editors.
- Monitor engagement, traffic, conversions, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing, preferably in Fashion or E-Commerce.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads and social media marketing.
- Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics and Canva is an advantage.
- Ability to create engaging content and follow current social media trends.
- Result-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with proven experience in growing social media pages or generating e-commerce sales will be preferred.
