About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Creative and Meta Ads Manager to join our dynamic skincare brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content and managing high-performing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling content and driving sales conversions and brand awareness in the skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation:
- Develop and implement a creative content strategy across various social media platforms, tailored to the skincare industry and our target audience
- Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that showcases our skincare products, brand values, and expertise
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, skincare industry developments, and best practices to continuously improve our content strategy
- Meta Ads Management:
- Design, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns focused on driving sales conversions and brand awareness for our skincare products
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach high-potential customers and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to refine targeting strategies specific to the skincare industry
- Monitor, analyze, and report on ad campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure optimal results within allocated resources
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across our social media channels, fostering a positive and engaged skincare community




- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any product-related questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Identify and engage with skincare influencers, brand advocates, and potential partners to expand our reach and credibility

Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media content creation and Meta ads management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns in the skincare industry
- Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns for conversions and brand awareness, specifically for skincare or beauty brands
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, bid strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with skincare enthusiasts and drives engagement
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics
- Cooperative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for the skincare and beauty industry, with a keen understanding of current trends and consumer preferences
