Social Media & Content Manager

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow our social media presence.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand the brand, develop creative content ideas, plan shoots, create engaging short-form content, and manage social media platforms consistently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
- Create and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Plan and coordinate product photoshoots and video shoots.
- Develop concepts and scripts for Reels, short-form videos and social media campaigns.
- Create content around products, lifestyle, fashion, brand stories and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models and influencers when required.
- Create UGC-style and trend-based content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and basic social media copy.
- Manage daily posting and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Track views, engagement, reach, shares, saves and other significant metrics.
- Analyse content performance and improve future content accordingly.
- Help build a strong and consistent visual identity across social media.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content creation preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good understanding of trends, reels and social media algorithms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage.
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, e-commerce or D2C brands is a plus.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience, skills and portfolio.
