About the RoleYoungMinds.app is looking for a Social media Content Creator who can take an idea and turn it into content people want to watch, understand, and share.

This is a hands-on role combining storytelling, social media, video editing, graphic design, and on-camera presentation.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative team to produce content for campaigns, programmes, events, student stories, and the YoungMinds.app brand.

What You’ll Do

- Create Reels, short-form videos, campaign videos, testimonials, and social media content.
- Present and speak in videos when the content requires an on-camera face.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-ready videos.
- Create posters, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and other social media creatives.
- Turn briefs and rough ideas into clear content concepts and finished creatives.
- Write and structure hooks, scripts, captions, and simple storylines.
- Understand social media trends and adapt them to the YoungMinds.app audience.




- Work with the team to maintain a consistent flow of content across campaigns.

Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong storytelling and content sense.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form social content.
- Confidence communicating and presenting on camera.
- Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Graphic design skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
- Ability to take ownership from idea → creation → final output.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.

Good to Have
- Previous experience working with a startup or helping build a startup/brand from an early stage.
- Experience working in EdTech, education, learning, or youth-focused brands.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.

A portfolio or relevant work samples are required.
