We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-aware Content Creator with at least 1 year of experience in a media company. The ideal candidate should understand social media content, storytelling, trends, and digital audiences, and should be capable of creating engaging content for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and innovative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, industry updates, and viral formats.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, headlines, and storytelling content for social media.
- Research startups, founders, brands, business personalities, and relevant industry topics.
- Work closely with the Design, Video, Social Media, and Sales teams to execute content plans.
- Create and maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Adapt content according to the tone and identity of different media pages/brands.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor content, and audience engagement to generate new ideas.
- Assist in developing Reels, Carousels, Static Posts, Stories, and other digital formats.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, grammatically correct, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyse content performance and suggest ideas for improving reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with the campaign team to create branded content while maintaining an organic storytelling approach.

Required Skills





- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a Media / Digital Media / Social Media company.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Ability to identify and use social media trends quickly.
- Solid research and fact-checking abilities.
- Understanding of hooks, CTAs, captions, scripts, and social media storytelling.
- Good command of English; Hindi/Hinglish writing ability will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on multiple pages/projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within deadlines and coordinate with different teams.
