? We're Hiring: Social Media Content Specialist (On-Camera Creator)

We're looking for someone who can do both. ?

At NetPuppys, a digital marketing company working with brands across real estate, education, e-commerce, pharma and travel-tech, social media is where campaigns come alive. We need a creator who can build a sharp content calendar in the morning and be confidently on camera for an Instagram Reel by the afternoon.

? What you'll own

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for NetPuppys and client brands on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Present, host and appear in Instagram Reels, stories, product showcases and brand videos
- Turn brand briefs into trending, scroll-stopping content ideas, hooks and scripts
- Write captions, CTAs and hashtag strategies tailored to each brand's voice
- Coordinate shoots with designers and video editors, from concept to final cut
- Track trends, audio, formats and competitor content, and adapt them quickly
- Monitor engagement, reach and follower growth, and use the data to improve what's next
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut, and others) to speed up ideation, scripting and editing

✅ What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, ideally at a digital marketing company or agency
- Confident,



natural and expressive on camera, with a portfolio of Reels or video content you've presented
- Strong grasp of Instagram trends, Reels formats and short-form storytelling
- Proven experience building and running content calendars
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
- Organised enough to juggle multiple brands and deadlines

➕ Good to have

- A personal Instagram or creator presence with real engagement
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Rush)
- Experience with brand collaborations, modelling or anchoring
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools
