As a Content Creator at mckbytes, you will play a crucial role in owning the social media presence of the brand by creating high-performing short-form video content. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and publishing engaging short-form video content on platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Shorts.
- Developing content that enhances brand awareness and product visibility
- Managing the entire content creation process from ideation to publishing, including scripting, filming, editing, and distribution.
- Staying abreast of trends, hooks, and viral formats to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Experimenting with various content styles such as educational, entertaining, problem-solving, and unboxing content.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics including views, engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Continuously optimizing the content strategy based on insights and platform algorithms.




- Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to create campaign-specific content.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated experience in social media content creation, particularly in short-form video content.
- A solid understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging social media channels.
- The ability to think creatively and execute tasks swiftly.
- Solid storytelling skills and the capability to write engaging hooks.
- Willingness to appear on camera (preferred but not mandatory).
- A data-driven mindset with a keen focus on growth and achieving virality.
