Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Content Creator role based in Surat, offered in a hybrid model with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility.

The Social Media Content

Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube, aligned with the company’s brand and cybersecurity focus. Daily tasks include researching industry trends, writing posts and scripts, creating or coordinating visuals, scheduling content, and managing community interactions through comments and messages. The role involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing content based on analytics, and collaborating with marketing, product,



and subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency. The individual will also support campaign ideation, assist with social media advertising assets, and uphold brand tone and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing transparent, engaging copy, scripting for short videos or reels, and adapting messaging for different platforms.

Experience with social media management tools, basic content planning, and analytics-based optimization to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Ability to collaborate with marketing and technical teams, translate complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible content, and maintain brand consistency.

Basic design or multimedia skills (e.g., using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) to create visuals, infographics, and simple video edits for social channels.

Good research abilities, attention to detail, and understanding of digital trends, online safety, or cybersecurity topics (prior industry exposure is a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial for regional campaigns.

Ability to work in a hybrid setting from Surat, manage deadlines independently, and respond promptly to time-sensitive content or incidents.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
